  Absolute worst service I have ever had. I just got off the phone with a manager that had a terrible attitude and hung up in my face because I was upset that it's been almost 3 months that I have been waiting on them to approve me for a root canal. The first time they claimed to have sent the approval request they said they would call me in 2 weeks. One month went by and I haven't gotten a call. So I called my insurance provider and they never received the request. The service has been terrible since they were located in Milford mall. The secretary was extremely nice and well spoken but the doctor was rude and provided me with literally no service except for an X-Ray, no cleaning or anything. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. YOU DO NOT WANG TO COME TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. The manager said that she would call me the next day to confirm that she sent over the approval request and never did. When I called her back today (a week and a half after the second call) her response was "I'm human and I forgot" . I told her that it was very inconsiderate to forget to do that considering that I've had this same problem with my teeth due to her office's lack of initiative and care for their patients for over 2 months and she told me that I should look into going to a new dental provider and HUNG UP ON ME! My previous phone call with her 2 weeks ago went smoothly and she seemed as if she was a good worker but this clearly shows that she has no managerial or communication skills. Terrible
