- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to make an appointment. I was told that I had a "no show" fee on my account (when I called to cancel the appointment from 6 months ago). I was forwarded to a "billing department's" voice-mail box vs. someone assisting me with the error. I was also told that I had a "high deductible" and would have to pay additional money (which is not a concern); however the manner in which it was stated almost seemed as if they preferred not to have me as a patient.
